Two bottomless brunch packages
Both include a starter and a main. The only decision is whether the cocktails are bottomless too.
Prosecco package
Two courses with unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails.
Cocktail package
Two courses with everything in the Prosecco package plus unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis.
Not drinking? Mocktails and soft drinks are swapped in at the Prosecco package price. Over 18s only. Everyone at the table takes a package.

Bottomless drinks: what that means here
On the Prosecco package your glass is topped up with Prosecco, Mimosas or mocktails for the full 90 minutes. Upgrade to the cocktail package for £5.45 more per person and two of our most ordered drinks join the list.
The 1941 is a house signature: lychee and elderflower liqueurs lengthened with apple. The Pornstar Martini is made with vodka, butterscotch, pineapple and passion fruit, with Prosecco on the side.
Gin, beer and wine sit outside both packages. If you fancy a different drink once your sitting ends, the bar is open until midnight on Friday and 1am on Saturday, and plenty of 4pm tables stay on for a slower sip of something from the full cocktail list.
The full drinks menuBottomless brunch in Birmingham every weekend, Fridays included
Siamais runs bottomless brunch in Birmingham on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Saturday is the busy one and the first to sell out. Friday suits a day off or a leaving do. Sunday is slower and works for a birthday where people want to talk.
Your 90 minutes start at the booked time, so be prompt. A starter and a main is more food than the single brunch dish a lot of places serve, and that matters when the drink in your hand keeps being refilled. Everyone at the table takes a bottomless brunch package, drinkers and non-drinkers alike.
Getting to bottomless brunch in Birmingham
Bottomless brunch in Birmingham city centre: walking or tram from New Street
The walk from Birmingham New Street takes about 16 minutes and is almost entirely pedestrianised. Head up New Street to Victoria Square, carry on through to Centenary Square past the Library of Birmingham, then follow Broad Street for a couple of minutes and turn right into Brindleyplace. Walk through the main square towards the Ikon Gallery and you will come out in Oozells Square with Siamais in front of you.
The West Midlands Metro is the easiest way to skip the walk. Board at the Grand Central stop outside New Street station and ride towards Edgbaston Village. Get off at Library, which serves Centenary Square, or stay on one more stop to Brindleyplace. Both leave you a few minutes from the door on foot.
The same line runs all the way from Wolverhampton through West Bromwich and the Jewellery Quarter, so anyone coming in from the Black Country can stay on the tram to Library or Brindleyplace without changing. For a bottomless brunch that matters: nobody has to drive, and nobody has to find a taxi home from Broad Street at the busiest time of the evening.
Bus, taxi and parking
By bus, the nearest stops are on Broad Street, a 3 minute walk away, and Sheepcote Street, about 4 minutes away. By train, New Street is the main station, while Five Ways is the closest station if you are coming in on the Cross-City line. A taxi from New Street takes around 7 minutes.
If someone in the group is the designated driver, the car park to use is Q-Park Brindleyplace. It is cheaper when you book ahead through YourParkingSpace, and the code SIAMAIS10 takes a further 10% off. From the motorways, M6 junction 6 is under 20 minutes away and M5 junction 2 is under 30 minutes in normal traffic.
Drivers are looked after at the table too. Mocktails and soft drinks are swapped in at the Prosecco package price of £37.50, so nobody has to sit out the booking.
Bottomless brunch in Brindleyplace: Oozells Square, the Ikon and the canal
Siamais is at 6-7 Brindley Place, Oozells Street, B1 2HS. That puts us in Oozells Square, just behind the main Brindleyplace square on the Ikon Gallery side. Oozells Square is the calm corner of the estate. The Ikon Gallery, Birmingham's contemporary art gallery, occupies the old school building on one side. The square has a water feature running through it and far less foot traffic than the canalside.
For groups, the square is also an easy place to gather. Tell everyone to meet outside the Ikon and nobody will end up lost on Broad Street trying to find the right door.
Brindleyplace grew up around the canal, and the towpath is two minutes from our door. After a 12pm or 2pm sitting it is the obvious next move. Turn one way and you reach the Sea Life Centre and Utilita Arena. Turn the other and you pass under Broad Street to Gas Street Basin, then on to The Mailbox, which is about a 10 minute walk in total.
If the weather turns, you do not have to go anywhere. The bar at Siamais is open to drinkers without food, so you can move from the brunch table to the terrace and stay put.
Brunch before a show at Utilita Arena, the ICC or Symphony Hall
The 4pm sitting is built for show nights. It finishes at 5.30pm, Utilita Arena is about 5 minutes away on foot, and the ICC and Symphony Hall are two to three minutes away. You get a full meal and your drinks, and still reach the doors without rushing.
A few practical points. Brunch only runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so it works for weekend gigs and matinees. Arena nights fill Brindleyplace quickly, which means the 4pm sitting on a big concert date can sell out early. Book as soon as you have tickets.
If your show falls on a weekday, or you would rather not drink before it, there is a pre-show menu at £30 per person for a small plate and a large plate. It was designed for ICC, Symphony Hall, Utilita Arena and Rep audiences who need to be out on time.
Hens, birthdays and work dos, plus the house rules
Brunch here suits groups who care about the food as much as the drinks. Hen parties like the birdcage booths and a room that photographs well. Birthday tables get two courses each, so nobody leaves hungry at 3pm. Work teams tend to take the Friday sittings for leaving dos and team socials, because the pace is civilised enough to hold a conversation.
A few house rules keep it fair for everyone at the table.
- Over 18s only. We run Challenge 25, so bring ID.
- Everyone at the table takes a brunch package. One person cannot order from the a la carte menu while the rest have brunch.
- Sittings are 90 minutes, so arrive on time to get the full session.
- Dress code is smart casual. No sportswear; smart trainers are fine.
- Flag allergies and dietary needs when you book.

Through the looking glass, into old Siam
Teal velvet, gold birdcage booths and a ceiling hung with lanterns. It photographs well, which is why so many birthdays and hen parties end up in the birdcages.
At weekends the soundtrack moves to soulful and deep house. It is lively without being a themed party brunch, so you can still hear the person opposite you.
- Two minutes from the ICC and Symphony Hall, five from Utilita Arena
- Heated, covered terraces on Oozells Square
- Groups welcome. More than 12? Use the group enquiry and we will plan the table

Everything people ask before booking
What does bottomless brunch mean?
A bottomless brunch is a set-price meal with unlimited drinks for a fixed time. At Siamais that means two Thai courses and 90 minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails, or cocktails on the higher package, for one price per person.
What is included in a bottomless brunch?
At Siamais you get a starter, a main course and unlimited drinks for 90 minutes. The £37.50 package covers Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The £42.95 package adds unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis. Everyone at the table takes a package, and guests who are not drinking get mocktails and soft drinks instead.
When is bottomless brunch at Siamais?
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. Sittings start at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, and each one lasts 90 minutes.
How much is bottomless brunch?
There are two packages. The Prosecco package is £37.50 per person: two courses with unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The cocktail package is £42.95 per person and adds unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is taken when you book and comes off your final bill on the day.
What is the last sitting?
The last bottomless brunch sitting starts at 4pm.
Are there non-alcoholic options?
Yes. Guests who are not drinking get unlimited mocktails and soft drinks instead, at the Prosecco package price.
Can children come to bottomless brunch?
No. Bottomless brunch is for guests aged 18 and over, and we run Challenge 25, so bring photo ID.
Can one of us order from the a la carte menu instead?
No. Everyone at the table takes a brunch package. Anyone not drinking alcohol can have the mocktail and soft drink option.
Can you cater for vegetarians, vegans and allergies?
Yes. The brunch menu has vegetable spring rolls, vegetable green and massaman curries, vegetable Pad Thai and stir-fried tofu, and dishes made with gluten-free ingredients are marked GF. Tell us about allergies when you book and again when you order.
Do I need to book bottomless brunch in advance?
Book if you can. Walk-ins get a table when there is space, but Saturday sittings fill first and December goes earlier still.
Do you do bottomless brunch on bank holiday weekends?
Yes. Brunch runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so a bank holiday weekend has the usual three days of sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. They fill faster than a normal weekend, so book ahead. For bank holiday Monday, call 0121 643 3993 to check.
How long does bottomless brunch last?
90 minutes from your booked sitting time. It is not a two hour brunch, so arrive on time to get the full session.
Is there a late or evening bottomless brunch in Birmingham at Siamais?
No. The latest bottomless brunch sitting at Siamais starts at 4pm and finishes at 5.30pm. There is no evening brunch. The bar stays open until midnight on Friday and 1am on Saturday, so many groups book the 4pm sitting and carry on with cocktails afterwards.
Can you cater for gluten free, vegan or halal diets at brunch?
Yes, with notice. Allergies and dietary needs are catered for, chicken and lamb dishes are halal, and the brunch menu has vegetarian and vegan options including vegetable green curry, vegetable Pad Thai and stir-fried tofu. Tell us about gluten or any other allergy when you book so the kitchen can plan before you arrive.
Is Siamais a themed bottomless brunch with entertainment?
No. Siamais is a food-led Thai bottomless brunch, not a themed party brunch with hosts or performers. At weekends the music is soulful house, deep house, remixes and dance classics, which builds a lively atmosphere without turning the meal into a show. If you want drag or singalong brunches, other Birmingham venues specialise in those.
How far is Siamais from Birmingham New Street station?
Siamais is about a 16 minute walk from Birmingham New Street, going via Victoria Square, Centenary Square and Broad Street. A taxi takes around 7 minutes. You can also take the West Midlands Metro from the Grand Central stop to Library or Brindleyplace, which leaves a walk of a few minutes.
Which tram stop is closest to Siamais?
The closest West Midlands Metro stops are Library, in Centenary Square, and Brindleyplace. Both are a few minutes from Siamais on foot. Trams run to these stops from Grand Central outside New Street station and from Wolverhampton, so there is no need to change if you are coming from the Black Country.
Where can I park for bottomless brunch in Birmingham city centre?
Q-Park Brindleyplace is the nearest car park to Siamais. Booking your space in advance through YourParkingSpace is cheaper than paying on the day, and the code SIAMAIS10 takes a further 10% off. Designated drivers can have mocktails and soft drinks on the £37.50 brunch package.
Is Brindleyplace classed as Birmingham city centre?
Yes. Brindleyplace is on the Westside edge of Birmingham city centre, next to Broad Street, the ICC and Centenary Square. It is within walking distance of New Street, the Bullring and The Mailbox, and it has its own tram stop on the West Midlands Metro.
Where is Siamais in Brindleyplace?
Siamais is at 6-7 Brindley Place, Oozells Street, B1 2HS, in Oozells Square. The square sits just behind the main Brindleyplace square, on the same side as the Ikon Gallery. From the canal, walk through the main square towards the Ikon and you will see Siamais as the space opens out.
Can I do bottomless brunch before a concert at Utilita Arena?
Yes, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The 4pm sitting finishes at 5.30pm and Utilita Arena is about a 5 minute walk from Siamais, so you have time to get to the doors. Concert dates sell out early, so book your brunch as soon as you have your tickets.
Is there outdoor seating at Siamais?
Yes. Siamais has heated, covered terraces. If you would like to sit outside for brunch or for drinks afterwards, mention it when you book and the team will do what they can, though terrace tables cannot be guaranteed on busy sittings.
Which drinks are included?
Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails on the Prosecco package. The cocktail package adds 1941 and Pornstar Martinis. Gin, other spirits, beer and wine are not part of either package.
