Cocktail package
Two courses with everything in the Prosecco package plus unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis.
Not drinking? Mocktails and soft drinks are swapped in at the Prosecco package price. Over 18s only. Everyone at the table takes a package.
Bottomless drinks: what that means here
On the Prosecco package your glass is topped up with Prosecco, Mimosas or mocktails for the full 90 minutes. Upgrade to the cocktail package for £5.45 more per person and two of our most ordered drinks join the list.
The 1941 is a house signature: lychee and elderflower liqueurs lengthened with apple. The Pornstar Martini is made with vodka, butterscotch, pineapple and passion fruit, with Prosecco on the side.
Gin, beer and wine sit outside both packages. If you fancy a different drink once your sitting ends, the bar is open until midnight on Friday and 1am on Saturday, and plenty of 4pm tables stay on for a slower sip of something from the full cocktail list.

Siamais runs bottomless brunch in Birmingham on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Saturday is the busy one and the first to sell out. Friday suits a day off or a leaving do. Sunday is slower and works for a birthday where people want to talk.
Your 90 minutes start at the booked time, so be prompt. A starter and a main is more food than the single brunch dish a lot of places serve, and that matters when the drink in your hand keeps being refilled. Everyone at the table takes a bottomless brunch package, drinkers and non-drinkers alike.
Through the looking glass, into old Siam
Teal velvet, gold birdcage booths and a ceiling hung with lanterns. It photographs well, which is why so many birthdays and hen parties end up in the birdcages.
At weekends the soundtrack moves to soulful and deep house. It is lively without being a themed party brunch, so you can still hear the person opposite you.

A bottomless brunch is a set-price meal with unlimited drinks for a fixed time. At Siamais that means two Thai courses and 90 minutes of free-flowing Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails, or cocktails on the higher package, for one price per person.
What is included in a bottomless brunch?
At Siamais you get a starter, a main course and unlimited drinks for 90 minutes. The £37.50 package covers Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The £42.95 package adds unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis. Everyone at the table takes a package, and guests who are not drinking get mocktails and soft drinks instead.
When is bottomless brunch at Siamais?
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. Sittings start at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, and each one lasts 90 minutes.
How much is bottomless brunch?
There are two packages. The Prosecco package is £37.50 per person: two courses with unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The cocktail package is £42.95 per person and adds unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is taken when you book and comes off your final bill on the day.
What is the last sitting?
The last bottomless brunch sitting starts at 4pm.
Are there non-alcoholic options?
Yes. Guests who are not drinking get unlimited mocktails and soft drinks instead, at the Prosecco package price.
Can children come to bottomless brunch?
No. Bottomless brunch is for guests aged 18 and over, and we run Challenge 25, so bring photo ID.
Can one of us order from the a la carte menu instead?
No. Everyone at the table takes a brunch package. Anyone not drinking alcohol can have the mocktail and soft drink option.
Can you cater for vegetarians, vegans and allergies?
Yes. The brunch menu has vegetable spring rolls, vegetable green and massaman curries, vegetable Pad Thai and stir-fried tofu, and dishes made with gluten-free ingredients are marked GF. Tell us about allergies when you book and again when you order.
Do I need to book bottomless brunch in advance?
Book if you can. Walk-ins get a table when there is space, but Saturday sittings fill first and December goes earlier still.
Do you do bottomless brunch on bank holiday weekends?
Yes. Brunch runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so a bank holiday weekend has the usual three days of sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. They fill faster than a normal weekend, so book ahead. For bank holiday Monday, call 0121 643 3993 to check.
How long does bottomless brunch last?
90 minutes from your booked sitting time. It is not a two hour brunch, so arrive on time to get the full session.
Which drinks are included?
Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails on the Prosecco package. The cocktail package adds 1941 and Pornstar Martinis. Gin, other spirits, beer and wine are not part of either package.
