After the sitting

Stay put. Siamais is a cocktail bar as much as a restaurant, so move to the bar and try the Book of Siam list, including the Toffee Old Fashioned and the Lychee Margarita.

For most of Solihull, Birmingham already is the city centre. People make this trip for shopping and shows anyway, so brunch is an easy addition.
