Why Worcester groups make the trip

It is a Thai brunch in a room of teal velvet and gold birdcages. For a big birthday, that can justify the ride.

The food earns the fare. Crispy duck salad or sweetcorn soup to start, then a massaman curry, a crispy duck rice bowl or sweet and sour chilli chicken.

The price is £37.50 per person with unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails for 90 minutes, or £42.95 with Pornstar Martinis and the 1941 added.

Good for: hen parties, 30th birthdays and reunions.

After the sitting

Book the 12pm sitting, then cross Centenary Square to the Library of Birmingham roof terraces, or follow the canal towpath to the Mailbox before your train.

Worcester is a calm county city, and that is its charm. Hen parties and milestone birthdays want one loud, dressed-up afternoon somewhere bigger, then home to their own beds.

Worcester questions

Bottomless brunch from Worcester: FAQs

Is Siamais in Worcester?

No. Siamais has a single venue, in Oozells Square at Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2HS. There is no Worcester restaurant. The direct train from Worcester to New Street takes about 45 minutes.

Which Worcester station should we use?

Foregate Street and Shrub Hill both have direct Birmingham trains. The route via Bromsgrove into New Street is quicker, at about 45 minutes. Trains via Kidderminster take around an hour to Snow Hill.

Which sitting suits a day trip?

The 12pm or 2pm sitting. Brunch runs Friday to Sunday with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, each lasting 90 minutes. An earlier slot leaves time to see Brindleyplace before a comfortable train home.

Can you seat a large hen party?

Yes. The restaurant seats 120, and the gold birdcage booths give smaller parties a semi-private spot. For larger numbers call 0121 643 3993 or email birmingham@siamais.co.uk so the team can plan your table.
