Bottomless brunch Birmingham prices: what you get
There are two packages. Both include a starter, a main and 90 minutes of bottomless drinks. The Prosecco package is £37.50 per person and covers Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The cocktail package is £42.95 per person and adds unlimited 1941s and Pornstar Martinis to everything in the first package.
This is not a cheap bottomless brunch, and we would never claim to be the cheapest in the city. You will find lower headline prices a few minutes away on Broad Street. What £37.50 buys here is two courses cooked to order by the same Thai kitchen that runs the evening menu, rather than one plate and a jug of something pink. On the bar menu a Pornstar Martini is £13 and a 1941 is £12.50, so the £5.45 upgrade to the cocktail package pays for itself with the first drink. Judge it on value, not on the lowest number.
A Thai brunch menu, not eggs and pizza
You choose one starter and one main. Every dish is cooked Thai food from the main kitchen, which is what separates this from most Birmingham bottomless brunch menus.
Chicken and lamb dishes are halal, and vegetarian and vegan choices run through both courses. If you need a gluten free bottomless brunch in Birmingham, allergies and dietary needs are catered for, but tell us when you book rather than at the table so the kitchen can plan your dishes.
- Starters: sweetcorn soup, satay chicken with peanut sauce, crispy duck salad, salt and chilli prawns, salt and chilli chicken wings, vegetable spring rolls, chicken and prawn lollipop.
- Mains: Thai rice bowl with crispy duck, sweet and sour chilli chicken, green curry (chicken or vegetable), stir-fried chicken and basil topped with a fried egg, Pad Thai (chicken, pork or vegetable), massaman curry (chicken or vegetable), stir-fried tofu and vegetables in garlic.

The drinks: Prosecco, Mimosas, 1941s and Pornstar Martinis
Drinks are unlimited for the full 90 minutes. On the Prosecco package that means Prosecco, Mimosas and mocktails. The cocktail package adds two of the most ordered drinks on our list. The 1941 is the house signature: Briottet lychee liqueur, elderflower liqueur and apple. It is light and floral, and it sits very well next to chilli and lime. The Pornstar Martini is made with Stoli vodka, butterscotch, pineapple, passionfruit and Prosecco.
Not drinking? Mocktails and soft drinks are swapped in at the Prosecco package price, so a mixed table of drinkers and drivers can still book together. The bar's alcohol-free list is called Koh Mak, after a quiet Thai island, and it runs to eight drinks including a non-alcoholic Pornstar Martini and a Thai Milk Tea with tapioca pearls. Ask your server which mocktails are pouring for brunch on the day.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday brunch: the three sittings
Bottomless brunch runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 12pm and 4pm, with sittings at 12pm, 2pm and 4pm. Each sitting lasts 90 minutes.
Friday bottomless brunch is the quiet win. Not every brunch in town runs on a Friday, so a 12pm or 2pm table works for a day off, a leaving do or an early finish from the office. Saturday is the busiest brunch day across Birmingham and ours is no different, so book that one early. Sunday has a slower pace and suits birthdays and catch-ups.
People ask about a late or evening bottomless brunch. Our latest sitting is 4pm, which takes you to 5.30pm. There is no evening brunch. What you can do is stay on afterwards: the bar is open until midnight on Friday and 1am on Saturday, so the 4pm sitting works as the first leg of a night out.

The room and the weekend soundtrack
The dining room is a through-the-looking-glass take on old Siam: teal velvet chairs and booths, gold birdcage booths, hanging birdcages and lanterns, a hexagonal tiled floor and a long back-lit bar. There is plenty of natural light at midday, which is kind to photos, and there are heated, covered terraces outside. The gold birdcage booths are the semi-private spots and suit smaller groups.
If you want a bottomless brunch in Birmingham with entertainment, be clear about what you are after. Siamais is not a themed brunch. There are no drag hosts, no ABBA singalongs and no dancing on chairs, and other venues in the city do that very well. Our weekends are soundtracked with soulful house, deep house, remixes and dance classics. It feels like a good restaurant with a party building around it, not a show.
Bottomless brunch in Birmingham city centre: walking or tram from New Street
The walk from Birmingham New Street takes about 16 minutes and is almost entirely pedestrianised. Head up New Street to Victoria Square, carry on through to Centenary Square past the Library of Birmingham, then follow Broad Street for a couple of minutes and turn right into Brindleyplace. Walk through the main square towards the Ikon Gallery and you will come out in Oozells Square with Siamais in front of you.
The West Midlands Metro is the easiest way to skip the walk. Board at the Grand Central stop outside New Street station and ride towards Edgbaston Village. Get off at Library, which serves Centenary Square, or stay on one more stop to Brindleyplace. Both leave you a few minutes from the door on foot.
The same line runs all the way from Wolverhampton through West Bromwich and the Jewellery Quarter, so anyone coming in from the Black Country can stay on the tram to Library or Brindleyplace without changing. For a bottomless brunch that matters: nobody has to drive, and nobody has to find a taxi home from Broad Street at the busiest time of the evening.

Bus, taxi and parking
By bus, the nearest stops are on Broad Street, a 3 minute walk away, and Sheepcote Street, about 4 minutes away. By train, New Street is the main station, while Five Ways is the closest station if you are coming in on the Cross-City line. A taxi from New Street takes around 7 minutes.
If someone in the group is the designated driver, the car park to use is Q-Park Brindleyplace. It is cheaper when you book ahead through YourParkingSpace, and the code SIAMAIS10 takes a further 10% off. From the motorways, M6 junction 6 is under 20 minutes away and M5 junction 2 is under 30 minutes in normal traffic.
Drivers are looked after at the table too. Mocktails and soft drinks are swapped in at the Prosecco package price of £37.50, so nobody has to sit out the booking.
Bottomless brunch in Brindleyplace: Oozells Square, the Ikon and the canal
Siamais is at 6-7 Brindley Place, Oozells Street, B1 2HS. That puts us in Oozells Square, just behind the main Brindleyplace square on the Ikon Gallery side. Oozells Square is the calm corner of the estate. The Ikon Gallery, Birmingham's contemporary art gallery, occupies the old school building on one side. The square has a water feature running through it and far less foot traffic than the canalside.
For groups, the square is also an easy place to gather. Tell everyone to meet outside the Ikon and nobody will end up lost on Broad Street trying to find the right door.
Brindleyplace grew up around the canal, and the towpath is two minutes from our door. After a 12pm or 2pm sitting it is the obvious next move. Turn one way and you reach the Sea Life Centre and Utilita Arena. Turn the other and you pass under Broad Street to Gas Street Basin, then on to The Mailbox, which is about a 10 minute walk in total.
If the weather turns, you do not have to go anywhere. The bar at Siamais is open to drinkers without food, so you can move from the brunch table to the terrace and stay put.

Brunch before a show at Utilita Arena, the ICC or Symphony Hall
The 4pm sitting is built for show nights. It finishes at 5.30pm, Utilita Arena is about 5 minutes away on foot, and the ICC and Symphony Hall are two to three minutes away. You get a full meal and your drinks, and still reach the doors without rushing.
A few practical points. Brunch only runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so it works for weekend gigs and matinees. Arena nights fill Brindleyplace quickly, which means the 4pm sitting on a big concert date can sell out early. Book as soon as you have tickets.
If your show falls on a weekday, or you would rather not drink before it, there is a pre-show menu at £30 per person for a small plate and a large plate. It was designed for ICC, Symphony Hall, Utilita Arena and Rep audiences who need to be out on time.
How to book bottomless brunch
Book with the form on this page by choosing your day, sitting and package. A deposit is taken when you book and is redeemed against your bill on the day. Saturday and December sittings go first. For questions or larger groups, call 0121 643 3993 or email birmingham@siamais.co.uk.

Hens, birthdays and work dos, plus the house rules
Brunch here suits groups who care about the food as much as the drinks. Hen parties like the birdcage booths and a room that photographs well. Birthday tables get two courses each, so nobody leaves hungry at 3pm. Work teams tend to take the Friday sittings for leaving dos and team socials, because the pace is civilised enough to hold a conversation.
A few house rules keep it fair for everyone at the table.
- Over 18s only. We run Challenge 25, so bring ID.
- Everyone at the table takes a brunch package. One person cannot order from the a la carte menu while the rest have brunch.
- Sittings are 90 minutes, so arrive on time to get the full session.
- Dress code is smart casual. No sportswear; smart trainers are fine.
- Flag allergies and dietary needs when you book.
