Birmingham has no shortage of bottomless brunches built around the same formula: a brunch-food menu, a jug of prosecco, ninety minutes, repeat. Siamais does something different — a Thai menu and a drinks list that doesn’t stop at prosecco, in an independent Brindleyplace restaurant rather than a chain location.

What’s Different About a Thai Bottomless Brunch
Instead of eggs and pastries, Siamais’s Bottomless Brunch runs on real Thai cooking: Satay Chicken and Salt & Chilli Prawns to start, then a choice of mains including Green Curry, Pad Thai, and Massaman Curry. It’s built to taste like an actual Thai meal, not a Western brunch menu with a Thai garnish.
The Drinks
The standard package covers unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and Mocktails. Step up to the premium package and it’s 1941 and Pornstar Martinis added to the mix — specific, named cocktails rather than a generic “bottomless drinks” line.
Independent, Not a Chain
Most of Birmingham’s best-known Thai restaurants are multi-location chains — the same menu, repeated across several sites. Siamais isn’t. One restaurant, one kitchen, in Brindleyplace — and a WOW Award winner for Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Brindley Place, from Westside BID’s Wonders of Westside Awards. The “modern twist on the old Siam” on the menu is specific to this room, not a format rolled out across five locations.
