Taste of Siam (£44.95) covers five starters and mains including red curry and oyster sauce beef. What’s Actually on the Table

Expect satay, calamari and spring rolls to start, then a real choice of mains rather than one dish for the whole table — green curry chicken, duck in tamarind, lamb in chilli paste, or, on the vegan menu, massaman curry and cashew nut vegetables. Rice is included across all three.
