Birmingham is not short of bottomless brunches. Broad Street alone will sell you eggs and Prosecco a dozen different ways, and after three or four of them the format starts to blur.
Siamais does something different. Our bottomless brunch is built on authentic Thai cooking, not a standard brunch menu with a Thai dish added at the end. Same kitchen, same chefs, same bold flavours our evening guests come for, paired with 90 minutes of unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas, Mocktails or signature cocktails.
Everything you need to know is below, starting with the questions people actually ask first.
How much is bottomless brunch at Siamais?
Two packages, both including two courses (starter and main) and 90 minutes of unlimited drinks.
Option 1 – £37.50 per person: Unlimited Prosecco, Mimosas and Mocktails.
Option 2 – £42.95 per person: Everything in Option 1, plus unlimited 1941 and Pornstar Martinis.
A £10-per-person pre-authorisation is taken when you book, and it comes straight off your final bill on the day.
Not drinking? Soft drinks and mocktails can be swapped in for anyone who isn’t drinking alcohol, so a mixed table can still book together. The one thing to know is that the whole table needs to be on bottomless brunch: it isn’t possible for one person to order from the à la carte menu while the rest of the group does brunch.

When is bottomless brunch available?
Bottomless brunch runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with three sittings:
- 12pm
- 2pm
- 4pm
Each sitting lasts 90 minutes, and 4pm is the last booking of the day.
Your 90 minutes starts at your booked sitting time, not when you walk through the door. Arriving 15 minutes late costs you 15 minutes of your session, so it is worth allowing time for parking.
Three sittings give you room to build an afternoon around it. The midday slot suits groups who want to carry on into Brindleyplace afterwards. The 4pm sitting works well as the opening act for a night out, since the bar keeps going long after brunch service ends.
What’s on the bottomless brunch menu?
You choose one starter and one main from the brunch menu.

- Green Curry – traditional Thai green curry cooked in coconut milk with aubergines, pea aubergines, red chilli, sweet basil and lime leaves. Choose chicken or vegetable
- Stir-Fried Chicken & Basil – traditional Thai stir-fry with chicken, basil, fresh chilli and garlic, topped with a fried egg

Vegetarian options run through the menu, and our chefs can adapt many dishes for other dietary requirements. Tell us when you book rather than on the day and we can plan around it properly.
If you want to see the full range of what our kitchen does outside brunch service, the à la carte menu runs all day.
What drinks are included?
The cocktail bar is half the reason Siamais exists. The name comes from Siamese twins, and the venue was designed as two experiences under one roof: a restaurant and a genuinely separate bar, each able to stand on its own.
That shapes the brunch. Option 1 covers Prosecco and Mimosas, which is where most bottomless brunches stop. Option 2 opens up our signature cocktails, including the 1941 and Pornstar Martinis, built properly by our bartenders rather than pre-batched for volume. Mocktails are included in both. You can browse the full cocktail bar menu to see what else we pour.
As with every licensed bottomless offer in the UK, drinks are served one at a time and the whole table must be dining. We are also required to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. That is standard across the industry and not something any venue can waive.

Booking and house rules
How to book. Reserve online, call us on 0121 643 3993, or drop in. Weekend sittings fill early, particularly 12pm and 2pm during party season, so pre-booking is advised. We do take walk-ins if there is space, but on a Saturday afternoon that is a gamble rather than a plan.
Deposits. A £10-per-person pre-authorisation is taken at the time of booking to secure your table, and is redeemed against your final bill on the day.
Age. Bottomless brunch is strictly 18 and over. This is a licensing requirement, not a house preference, so we cannot make exceptions. Children are very welcome at Siamais outside bottomless brunch service, and our kitchen will happily adapt dishes for them.
Why book bottomless brunch at Siamais?
The food is the point. Our chefs are Thai and fully qualified, cooking specialities from their hometowns rather than a generic pan-Asian menu. Meat eaters, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements all get a real choice rather than one token dish.
The setting. Through the looking glass into a modern twist on old Siam, with hanging lanterns, Thai murals and a room designed to feel like an occasion rather than a function suite.
The location. Oozells Square in the heart of Brindleyplace, minutes from Broad Street, easy to reach on public transport and close enough to the shops and attractions to make a full day of it.
It suits the occasion. Birthdays and hen parties, where a fixed price keeps the bill simple. Group catch-ups, where the sitting gives everyone a clear start and finish. Date afternoons. Team socials, where a set menu takes the awkwardness out of ordering.
For larger groups or a private area, take a look at our venue hire options or get in touch directly rather than booking online, and we will talk through what works.
